Directions for Use

Liposomal Vitamin B12 is designed to be used during periods when optimal absorption is desired.

1 serving (0.5 ml, 3 pumps) is to be consumed daily.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ideally, Liposomal Vitamin B12 can be stacked alongside Liposomal CoQ10 and PQQ.
